Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

RETURNS

In order to be eligible for a store credit refund you must send the product you wish to return within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. All returns should be sent to Discount Divas via USPS to P.O. Box 070020 Huntsville, AL 35807 (FEDEX and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes!).

You can go to http://discountdivadeals.com to print out a return form.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from when they are received. When we have processed your return, we will send a notification to the email address on file.

PLEASE NOTE: If returning shoes please ensure they are returned in the shoe box they came in. The shoe box itself can not be used as the shipping container. Please wrap or package the shoe box in a mailer/box to protect it from damage during the shipping process.

 

REFUNDS

Returns mailed back to Discount Divas within 14 days of receiving the product will be eligible for a refund of store credit for the full amount.

Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items include all DEAL OF THE DAY items, SALE items, and COUPON CODE items as well as Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals and codes.

 

EXCHANGES

We apologize, we can no longer hold items for exchange. If you're interested in an exchange, when you return the item write on the form that you would like to exchange it and for what size. If we have what you need in stock we will get it sent right out! If we don't, we will credit your Diva account for the return.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Due to how fast orders move through our warehouse, we are unable to cancel an order once it's been submitted. We do, however, have a way of returning the order for in-store credit. Please contact customer service for additional information!
